Be on the Look out - Suspicious Vehicles and People

Be on the look out for suspicious activity, below is a summary of an email from a neighbor to the HOA, the people and vehicles described may have been perfectly harmless but we just wanted to pass it along as a caution to be careful.  Note, the incident in the email below occurred on Wildflower Trail.

Thanks,
Grapevine Meadow Park HOA Board

Just wanted to send an alert to the neighborhood.   Friday, Feb 1st around 10:50 am; I had two men knocking on my door.  One of them wore a leather jacket. They were not in a marked vehicle of any kind and it worried me.  I did not open my door, because it was not UPS or the postal service; nor did I have any service men coming to the house.

Both men stayed at my door for an unusual amount of time, so I decide to head to my attic and look out the window.  There were three vehicles one was a light blue metallic Toyota Camry.  I became suspicious when I realized there was a metallic sand colored van as well as a tan metallic suburban and several other men.  None of the vehicle had markings and I did not see them go to any other door in the neighborhood.  I did call the police to be on the lookout and they just drove by my house.   I’m sure it is my imagination getting the best of me; but better to be safe than sorry.

Again, just want everyone to be aware and keep a  look out for any suspicious activity; if someone knocks at your door with this description; please call 911.  Call 817-410-8127; if you feel this a non emergency or if you just have concerns.
