Sunday June 8, 2014 marked our first board meeting and it included some outgoing board members. I would like to express my personal thanks to these fine people for running a very well organized and approachable HOA board. I am just dipping my toe in the water with my new role and I can tell it will be a time consuming and, at times, complicated volunteer position I have gotten myself into. This is why we should all thank the outgoing board for the work they have done over the past several years. Being a volunteer board saves us money as homeowners in Meadow Park, but it doesn't make it any easier to do. Thanks again Nikki Nelson, past President, and Mike Bothwell, Communications, for long and mostly thankless service.

Volunteer to Serve your HOA!

Neighbors are strongly encouraged to volunteer for a position and serve on the HOA Board in some capacity. Hiring an outside HOA Management company would raise dues significantly and there would still be a need for volunteers.  Please help do your part and serve.
