Dear Neighbors,

This is to remind you of the upcoming HOA dues deadline. Semi-annual dues for period January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016 are $460 per household. Dues are to be paid by December 31, 2015. There is a two-week grace period to allow for any mailing delays. Any dues not received by January 14, 2016 will be considered late, and a $25 late fee will be accessed. All checks will be cashed on or after January 14, 2016. Please remit your payment on time.

Checks should be made payable to "Grapevine Meadow Park HOA, Inc." and sent by U.S. Mail or hand-delivered to our Treasurer, Brian Gillespie at the address below.

Please do not leave your dues check in his mailbox, as it cannot be guaranteed the mailman won’t pick them up.

I will send out reminders in the mail next week.

2015 GARAGE SALE Time.

 Hey everyone!!! It's that time of year again.. GARAGE SALE time!!  Date will be Saturday Oct 17th  8am to 1pm.  Perfect time to clear out your closets, garage, storage units ,
Make some $$$$ and get rid of your junk.. Oops.. Treasures !!!   The cost is 10$ to participate .
Covers advertising costs and signage.  You will need to contact Lisa Ferrell or Nikki Nelson to let them know if you will be joining In and to give them your money.

Lisa's garage sale will be benefiting family members walking for Susan B Komen . If you are NOT participating but want to DONATE to her sale let her know.  The neighborhood garage sale is not a beneficiary garage sale , this is what Lisa is choosing to do... Great cause!

Because of our location and years of  participation we usually have a good response to our
Sale, so I would encourage you to put your goodies out . Maybe even join in with another neighbor .. Or friends that have things to sell!

        It's a back to school and end of summer celebration for the entire family, so grab your kiddos, pool toys, swimsuits (or  not)     and towels and join us for some FUN with your groovy neighbors

1.   main dish or appetizer. ( double your recipe so theres plenty to go around)

2.  1 six pack (or liter)  soft drink or water or juice 

3.   portable chairs

4.   you are also welcome to byob .

  So its a potluck kinda thing..we will need ya to let us know which type of food you're bringing so we don't have 50 chips and no mains.  Lisa Ferrell has lemonades, cookies and brownies so desserts are covered.  Popcorn for the movie is also covered. Nikki and Eric have the movie screen and movie so all we need is YOU!! (and your food,drinks ,etc. )

Dear Neighbors,

This notice is to inform you that Grapevine Meadow Park HOA will have a new Landscaping Company taking care of our lawns starting the week of June 22, 2015. Weather permitting they will cut our lawns on Fridays.

The new company is “The Acosta Landscaping Services”, and the point of contact is:

Any homeowner that currently has their backyard cut by the current landscape company and wishes Acosta to take over those duties, you will need to contact Manuel and work out the details. The current rates are $12 - $15 depending on the size of yard.

Thanks to Michael Benedetti for his hard work of finding us a new Landscape provider, this was a much harder task than it sounds.

We Still have Open Positions

 

Neighbors are strongly encouraged to volunteer for a position and serve on the HOA Board in some capacity. Hiring an outside HOA Management company would raise dues significantly and there would still be a need for volunteers.  Please help do your part and serve.
