Dear Neighbors,

This is to remind you of the upcoming HOA dues deadline. Semi-annual dues for period July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 are $460 per household. Dues are to be paid by June 30, 2015. There is a two-week grace period to allow for any mailing delays. Any dues not received by July 15, 2015 will be considered late, and a $25 late fee will be accessed. All checks will be cashed on or after July 15, 2015. Please remit your payment on time.

Checks should be made payable to "Grapevine Meadow Park HOA, Inc" and sent by U.S. Mail or hand-delived to our Treasurer,  Brian Gillespie at the address below.

Please do not leave your dues check in his mailbox as it cannot be guaranteed the mailman won't pick them up.

If you wish to receive conformation that your dues check arrive, please include your email address and indicate that you want conformation.
